Our Cashmere fiber is combed from the soft underbelly of the Capra Hircus Cashmere goat and is ethically and ecologically sourced; collected by hand and then further combed, graded, and sorted by fiber length and color using traditional techniques and the vast experience of our partners in Inner Mongolia. They also ensure that no vegetable matter or contamination is included in this luxury cashmere fiber for the very best quality of our products.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping in the UK for all orders, for purchases above £7. We have the right to change the shipping charge at any time without prior notice. We also offer paid shipping methods if you prefer faster and tracked deliveries. For international deliveries, please proceed with the order and the shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout.
RETURNS
We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Please note, Any claim or complaint regarding the damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours after the product has been delivered. Any claim after this time frame, will not be treated as valid and will be rejected immediately.
