Due to the Covid-19 impact in the UK, we are facing possible courier delays. Please expect a short delay to all deliveries. We are doing our best to ship your products to you as soon as possibleWe have a limited choice of shipping services due to Government regulations. We can not guarantee fast track deliveries at this stage. Furthermore, we will dispatch orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until Governments Restrictions are lifted. Orders are normally dispatched on the same day if placed before 3 pm and next working day if placed after 3 pm, however, due to higher volumes than normal over the festive period, our couriers are extremely busy which may impact your delivery time. Please check your order confirmation email for your estimated delivery time.

Stated days of delivery are only approximate calculations, but due to courier services being overloaded and delayed, this might change to twice as long.
We offer free shipping in the UK for all orders, for purchases above £10. We have the right to change the shipping charge at any time without prior notice. We also offer paid shipping methods if you prefer faster and tracked deliveries. For international deliveries, please proceed with the order and the shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout.
We will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 3 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
Please note, Any claim or complaint regarding the damaged goods should be reported within 48 hours after the product has been delivered. Any claim after this time frame, will not be treated as valid and will be rejected immediately.
